Fish Farm Manager

About the role

FRYS Global Logistics Limited is seeking a motivated Fish Farm Manager to lead its aquaculture operations in Song, Adamawa. You will be responsible for overseeing fish health, production, and facility maintenance to ensure sustainable and profitable farming.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily farm activities such as feeding, stocking, harvesting, and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor fish health, implement disease‑prevention measures, and administer treatments when needed.
• Plan and coordinate stocking schedules, feeding programs, and breeding activities to maximize yield.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, health standards, and other legal requirements.
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and manage budgets to control costs.
• Lead, train, and motivate farm staff while enforcing safety protocols.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote and sell fish products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries Management, Marine Biology or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 1–10 years of experience in fish farm management or a similar aquaculture role.
