French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate who can deliver friendly, professional assistance to our customers through voice calls and live chat. You will work remotely with a global team, helping users track orders, explain products, and resolve issues in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems and guide them through step‑by‑step solutions.
• Log every interaction in the ticketing system with clear notes.
• Identify recurring issues, share feedback, and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
