Graphic Designer – Print Production (Douala)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Douala, supporting a client in the print production sector. The role involves creating high‑quality visual assets for a variety of printed materials while maintaining brand consistency and meeting client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visuals for flyers, brochures, banners, business cards, and other print collateral.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to gather client requirements and translate them into effective designs.
• Ensure all artwork adheres to brand guidelines and client specifications.
• Prepare final print‑ready files, including proper colour profiles, bleeds, and file formats.
• Stay current with design trends, techniques, and software updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Licence) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Communication, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency, print production, or digital marketing environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• Cameroonian nationality, aged between 23 and 35 years.
