About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. As a Growth Marketer you will own acquisition channels, experiment rapidly, and turn attention into qualified leads and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise growth campaigns across paid, SEO, outbound, content and referral channels.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups by building end‑to‑end funnels and landing pages.
• Run fast experiments on hooks, audiences, offers and funnels; scale winners and discard losers.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting and automation.
• Track all metrics, analyse performance and communicate clear insights.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning, messaging and strategic growth priorities.

Required profile

• Fast learner who can quickly master new channels and tools.
• Highly motivated to become an expert growth marketer.
• Self‑directed, scrappy and able to work without micromanagement.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with data, attribution and optimisation.
• Passionate about using AI to gain a competitive edge.
