Hybrid Clinical Dietitian (Remote 1 Day/Week)

About the role

Join CCL Hospitality Group as a Hybrid Clinical Dietitian at Loretto Health and Rehab – The Cottages on Saint Anthony in Auburn, NY. You will work Monday‑Friday with one remote day per week, delivering Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition education in an acute‑care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education to patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Apply evidence‑based practice aligned with diet manuals, company policies, and facility protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Registered Dietitian (RD) with a valid CDR number or eligibility.
• Experience delivering clinical nutrition care in an acute‑care setting.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and certification.
