Insurance Sales Representative

About the role

The Insurance Sales Representative will work full‑time on‑site in Kribi, prospecting and engaging both individual and corporate clients. The role involves presenting tailored non‑life insurance solutions, managing the complete sales cycle, and supporting Zenithe Insurance’s market expansion in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage individual and corporate clients in the Kribi area.
• Present tailored non‑life insurance solutions and manage the full sales cycle from quotation to policy issuance.
• Conduct client meetings, explain coverage terms, prepare proposals and process applications.
• Follow up on payments, renewals and coordinate with internal teams on claims‑related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM and achieve assigned sales targets while complying with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in non‑life lines such as motor, construction or corporate insurance.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kribi, manage time effectively and adhere to compliance requirements.
• Technical or university degree in business, finance, insurance or related field; professional certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using CRM or policy management tools.
• Comfort working with digitally interconnected systems.
