IT Application Lead

About the role

The IT Application Lead will join Olam Agri’s IT Infrastructure Support team, providing first‑level technical assistance and ensuring the reliability of the company’s IT systems and networks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support for infrastructure issues.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, network and system problems.
• Handle service requests and incident tickets.
• Assist with system maintenance, updates and patching activities.
• Support user access, connectivity and system‑related queries.
• Maintain logs, documentation and service records.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
• Coordinate with other IT teams for issue resolution and follow‑ups.
• Support infrastructure setup and deployment activities.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience handling user support and troubleshooting preferred.
• Exposure to enterprise IT environments or networks is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications in IT support, networking or systems are a plus.
