L2 Integration Support Engineer (Managed Services)

About the role

Mobile-Technologies is seeking a Level‑2 Integration Support Engineer to join its Managed Services team. You will work with a globally distributed team to integrate, deploy, and support Mobile‑Technologies products for customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate Mobile‑Technologies solutions with customer systems and third‑party platforms.
• Perform deployments across development, test and production environments, both on‑premise and in the cloud.
• Provide L2 technical support, manage tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Track, report and close support calls while maintaining documentation.
• Identify improvement opportunities, recommend new technologies and enhance processes.
• Collaborate with development and test teams to address issues and share feedback.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux system administration.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to configure back‑end environments, prepare installation packages and conduct system integration and acceptance testing.
• Experience in telecom solutions and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Good English communication skills and willingness to participate in 24/7 hotline shifts.
