Lead Consultant – Senior Marketing Automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Consultant / Senior Marketing Automation Consultant to head our Salesforce Marketing Cloud practice. The successful candidate will act as the technical and functional reference for SFMC, delivering complex projects and mentoring junior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Engagement) implementation, configuration, and optimization projects for clients.
• Mentor, train, and support the professional development of a team of SFMC consultants.
• Define and continuously improve best practices, methodologies, and delivery standards for the SFMC practice.
• Serve as the technical expert on advanced SFMC topics, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript, SQL, and API integrations.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities, solution design, and project scoping for SFMC engagements.
• Contribute to the growth of Qilinsa's Salesforce Marketing Cloud offering alongside Adobe Campaign and Mautic expertise.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with expertise in Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Administrator, Email Specialist, Consultant, etc.) are highly valued.
• Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and SFMC API integrations.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, or managing a team of consultants.
• Ability to work in a multi‑platform marketing automation environment; experience with Adobe Campaign and Mautic is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for knowledge sharing and mentoring.
• Professional proficiency in English is an advantage.
