Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our team in Bamenda. This full‑time, on‑site position will lead the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage day‑to‑day digital marketing activities, including social media, content creation, and email marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights, and new growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams such as sales, product, and IT to ensure campaign alignment.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using marketing metrics.
• Identify and recommend new channels and tactics to reach target audiences.
• Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
• Strong background in Market Research, Marketing Strategy Development, and Campaign Management.
• Experience with Branding, Advertising, and Public Relations.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize performance.
• Leadership and team‑management experience with solid decision‑making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the technology or IT sector is a plus.
