Marketing & Sales Specialist – Heavy Equipment

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our Heavy Equipment division across several locations in Cameroon and Equatorial Guinea. You will promote a range of construction machinery, including mobile cranes, tower cranes, and concrete equipment, while driving sales growth and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales targets and achieve pipeline and collections goals.
• Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads to support product lines.
• Contact prospective clients through calls and on‑site visits to showcase products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Maintain and update activities in the CRM system.
• Monitor competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer needs.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports to the line manager.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Required profile

• BSc/HND in Marketing, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Business Management.
• Proven sales experience in the engineering machinery or heavy equipment sector.
• Technical aptitude for understanding machinery specifications and applications.
• Knowledge of the construction or heavy equipment industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
