Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly execution‑focused Marketing Specialist to drive and support marketing initiatives across Cameroon. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced environments, bridges on‑ground activations with digital amplification, and ensures campaigns move smoothly from planning to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Execute BTL and digital marketing campaigns, managing timelines, materials, logistics and deliverables.
• Coordinate field activations, events, dealer activities and ensure consistent brand visibility.
• Support social media management, content scheduling, paid campaign execution and optimization.
• Develop and adapt content for campaigns, working with designers, agencies, printers and production vendors.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales to align marketing activities with business goals and lead generation.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports and share market insights.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Strong background in BTL marketing, activations and field execution.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign support.
• Familiarity with the Cameroon market.
