Regional Sales Manager

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will report directly to the Head of Sales, APAC and lead the expansion of our food‑and‑beverage ingredient business across Southeast Asia. You will develop new accounts, work closely with distributors and B2B customers, and drive revenue growth while representing our sustainable, farmer‑focused brand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new sales opportunities, focusing on Global, Regional and SME accounts across the SEA region.
• Collaborate daily with distributors and B2B customers to manage orders and relationships.
• Maintain Salesforce.com processes, including project tracking, order closing, and opportunity management.
• Forecast sales, track performance, and achieve volume and profitability targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops and seminars regionally.
• Support regional marketing in creating sales materials and campaigns.
• Drive brand awareness through training sessions for clients, distributors and internal sales teams.
• Work with the Head of Sales to shape overall sales strategy, set targets and pursue cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Analyze historical data to project future growth and set sales targets.
