Registered Dietitian & Dining Services Director

About the role

CCL Hospitality Group is seeking a Registered Dietitian to lead its Dining Services for a psychiatric healthcare account. In this senior role you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of associates, and ensure the highest quality food service for patients and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and internal departments.
• Collaborate with the chef and management team to create nutritious menus and deliver top‑quality meals.
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting activities for the account.
• Roll out new culinary programs and continuously improve service standards.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the dining service, including high‑volume production and catering.

Required profile

• Current Registered Dietitian credential.
• BS degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Dietetics, Nutrition or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of food‑service operation experience, preferably in high‑volume or catering environments.
• Proven experience managing budgets and P&L.
• Strong desire to grow within a leading food‑service organization.
