Remote Video Editor

About the role

We are seeking a talented, creative, and detail‑oriented Video Editor to join our fast‑paced creative team. You will transform raw footage into compelling, polished video content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and corporate channels.

Key responsibilities

• Edit raw footage: assemble, cut, and arrange video to create engaging narratives.
• Post‑production enhancement: apply color correction, color grading, and audio mixing/sound design.
• Motion graphics & effects: integrate animated titles, graphics, and special effects.
• Platform optimization: export videos in formats, aspect ratios, and resolutions for each platform (e.g., vertical for TikTok/Reels, horizontal for YouTube).
• Collaboration & revision: work with content creators and marketers, incorporate feedback, and refine final products.
• Project management: maintain organized file systems, manage large media assets, and meet strict deadlines across multiple projects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional video editing or post‑production experience (freelance accepted).
• Strong portfolio or demo reel demonstrating visual storytelling and diverse editing styles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Creative mindset, high attention to detail, strong time‑management, and ability to work independently in a remote team.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve (or Final Cut Pro)
• Deep understanding of video codecs, formats, frame rates, and resolutions
