Responsable Technique BTP

About the role

The company is seeking a Technical Manager for its building and public works (BTP) activities in Cameroon. The role involves planning, supervising, and ensuring the technical quality and safety of construction sites while coordinating with headquarters and field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the technical execution of construction projects.
• Guarantee compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards.
• Lead site managers, technical teams, and subcontractors.
• Manage material and human resources required for operations.
• Participate in budget preparation and schedule monitoring.
• Report regularly to the General Management.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+5 degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar technical management position.
• Strong ability to lead and motivate teams.
• High level of rigor, organization, and result orientation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) standards.
• Proficiency with project planning tools.
