RPM & Implementation Manager

About the role

The RPM & Implementation Manager will lead the planning, execution and delivery of FTTH construction projects, overseeing optical cable installation, ODN deployment, splicing, testing and network acceptance. The role ensures projects meet timelines, technical specifications and quality standards while coordinating teams and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop implementation plans, construction schedules and resource allocation; monitor daily progress and apply corrective actions.
• Conduct daily risk assessments, identify potential delays or quality issues, and prepare progress reports.
• Oversee aerial and underground optical cable installation, ODN deployment, splicing and network testing in line with technical designs.
• Supervise quality inspections, OTDR and optical power testing, fault rectification and project handover documentation.
• Coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, materials and equipment to ensure efficient resource use.
• Track construction quantities, BOQ, implementation progress and maintain accurate project records.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in optical cable construction, FTTH/FTTx delivery or telecom implementation.
• Strong knowledge of aerial/underground optical cables, ODN, splicing and optical testing.
• Experience coordinating construction teams, schedules, materials and quality control.
• Familiarity with construction acceptance, as‑built documentation and fault handling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in English and French.
