Sales Administration Officer

About the role

The Sales Administration Officer coordinates the execution of equipment orders for public works, mines, quarries and transport. Working within the Equipment Order Fulfillment team, the role ensures smooth interaction between sales, purchasing, logistics and finance while keeping customers informed.

Key responsibilities

• Check and validate all documents received for each order.
• Record customer orders and administer them in the ERP system, including order confirmation, invoicing and payment follow‑up.
• Generate purchase requests and keep the ERP data accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Communicate order status regularly to customers, covering both administrative and logistical aspects.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, finance and sales teams to ensure timely order processing.
• Prepare export documentation such as letters of credit and customer requests.
• Escalate any blocking points or issues to the appropriate hierarchy.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the order lifecycle.

Required profile

• HSC+ Diploma in Business.
• Good command of English and French.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar sales administration or order processing role.
• Experience working in international organisations, preferably with remote collaboration.
