Sales Manager – Energy Solutions

About the role

As a Sales Manager at Siemens Energy, you will drive revenue growth across the Ivory Coast market by managing the full sales cycle for complex energy projects. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring proposals are compelling, compliant, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities, develop new business and manage key accounts to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead end‑to‑end bid and proposal processes, including risk evaluation, contract analysis and bid/no‑bid decisions.
• Prepare and present sales documentation, offers and commercial proposals that meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with legal, project execution and engineering teams to ensure seamless contract finalisation and delivery.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product and service strategy.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Electrical, Power, Systems Engineering or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of sales experience in the power, engineering or construction industry.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation expertise and ability to translate technical information into value propositions.
• Proven track record of managing complex contracts and strategic bid decisions.
