Sales & Marketing Representative – On‑site in Limbe

About the role

NdomeX is seeking a full‑time Sales and Marketing Representative to join its team in Limbe. You will be the front‑line ambassador for the company’s logistics and delivery services, driving new business and nurturing existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote NdomeX services through sales calls, visits and presentations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with individual and corporate clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries, support clients throughout the sales and post‑sales process, and assist with onboarding.
• Participate in local marketing campaigns and gather market feedback.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service quality.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
• Proven sales and marketing abilities to prospect, close deals and support promotions.
• Training aptitude for client onboarding and knowledge sharing.
• Ability to work on‑site in Limbe with solid organizational and time‑management skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and local market dynamics; logistics experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with common office software and digital tools for reporting and follow‑up.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
