Sales Specialist & Digital Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist & Digital Marketer to drive both in‑store and online revenue for our e‑commerce brand. Based in Douala, you will combine customer‑facing sales activities with digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily in‑store and online sales, engage customers, and provide product information to close sales.
• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
• Maintain and grow social media profiles, creating content and interacting with the audience.
• Optimise product listings and monitor web‑analytics to improve performance.
• Track sales and marketing metrics, coordinate promotions and handle customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the team to refine the shopping experience and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in retail or e‑commerce, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Solid background in digital marketing, social media management and lead generation.
• Ability to interpret web‑analytics data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a professional setting.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Douala with good time‑management and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with social media management tools.
• Knowledge of web‑analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
