About the role

The Senior Ambassador leads a network of educational ambassadors to expand access to marriage and family education through scholarship programs. This remote leadership position operates within a structured global deployment framework.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of up to 10 ambassadors.
• Coordinate the rollout of Annual Foundation Scholarship Access across assigned territories.
• Promote educational excellence and uphold professional standards.
• Track deployment performance and ensure scholarship distribution targets are met.
• Contribute to the growth of the Marriage Education Network in your region.

Required profile

• Disciplined, mission‑driven leader with a passion for expanding education.
• Experience in leadership, community development, coaching, ministry, or related fields (optional but advantageous).
• Strong communication and mentorship abilities.
