Senior Financial Specialist (Remote)

The specialist oversees financial planning, analysis and reporting to support strategic and operational decisions, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to interpret financial data and recommend actions that improve profitability and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models
• Prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports
• Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts
• Support budgeting processes and enhance reporting frameworks
• Ensure financial information is accurate, timely and clearly communicated to stakeholders

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior or specialist financial role, preferably in a technology or growth-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage deadlines and maintain attention to detail

Required skills

• Strong finance and financial planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting and modeling
• Advanced analytical skills and experience with financial reporting and performance analysis
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and financial software; data visualization tools are beneficial
• Familiarity with financial controls, compliance considerations and corporate finance best practices
