Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer who wants to turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software. You’ll work closely with founders, designers, and operators to identify what matters, build solutions, and improve them based on how people use them.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer problems by working directly with property managers and internal teams.
• Build end‑to‑end product features from idea through frontend, backend, integrations, testing and deployment.
• Create intuitive user experiences in collaboration with designers.
• Develop event‑driven automations and AI‑powered workflows.
• Build reliable APIs and integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google, and others.
• Measure product impact using feedback and usage data and iterate continuously.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software across frontend and backend.
• Ability to work independently, own outcomes and collaborate directly with customers, designers, and founders.
• Product mindset with curiosity about why users need a feature and good judgment on usability and trade‑offs.
• Interest in AI, automation and operational efficiency.
