Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist (Contract)

About the role

Binance is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations professional to own and optimise recruiting systems, data, reporting and processes. This contract position requires a hands‑on specialist with at least five years of relevant experience who can work independently and deliver immediate impact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of Greenhouse and other recruiting systems, including job setup, workflows, permissions, templates and data maintenance.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and reporting quality through regular audits and data management.
• Identify, design and implement opportunities to streamline, standardise and automate recruiting processes.
• Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards that provide insights into hiring activity, pipeline health and operational performance.
• Partner with recruiters, TA leadership, HRIS and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and drive system and process improvements.
• Own and independently drive selected recruiting operations projects from scoping through implementation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of directly relevant experience in Recruiting Operations, TA Operations or Recruiting Systems.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Greenhouse or another leading ATS.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and drive initiatives to completion.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
