About the role

ATANGANA AND SONS LTD is looking for a highly analytical Strategic Planning Specialist to drive long‑term growth and innovation in the internet, information and technology sector. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape strategic initiatives, assess market trends and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and monitor industry trends.
• Support executive management in strategic decision‑making and forecasting.
• Analyze performance data and recommend improvement strategies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional strategic projects and ensure timely execution.
• Prepare reports, presentations and recommendations for management meetings.
• Identify growth opportunities, partnerships and new market segments.
• Monitor KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives.
• Assist in budgeting, operational planning and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, marketing and finance to drive innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Economics, IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis or corporate development.
• Strong analytical, research and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
