Tax Manager – Corporate & Industrial Taxation

About the role

The company seeks an experienced Tax Manager to lead tax governance, compliance and optimization for its industrial operations in Kribi. You will advise senior management on tax implications of strategic decisions and ensure proactive risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall tax strategy, supporting investment, expansion and restructuring projects.
• Oversee preparation, validation and timely filing of all corporate tax returns.
• Identify lawful tax optimization opportunities and assess tax regimes applicable to industrial activities.
• Coordinate tax audits, respond to tax authority requests and manage litigation with external counsel.
• Monitor changes in tax and customs regulations, produce analytical reports and advise relevant departments.
• Collaborate with accounting, legal, sales, purchasing, logistics and production teams to ensure data consistency and support budgeting and financial forecasts.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Taxation, Tax Law, Accounting, Finance or Auditing.
• At least 10 years of corporate tax experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial group.
• Proven experience managing tax audits and litigation.
• Age between 40 and 45 years.
