Technical Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for dynamic Technical Sales Representatives to expand our customer base, provide expert advice on pneumatic products and ensure high‑level after‑sales support. You will act as the bridge between our technical team and clients, driving sales growth in the tyre sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients and market segments, conduct field visits and present tyre products from both technical and commercial perspectives.
• Analyse client needs, propose suitable technical solutions, negotiate offers and oversee order execution through to delivery.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers, monitor satisfaction, handle technical complaints, implement retention strategies and keep CRM data up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (GCE A or Bac +2/3) in Commerce, Management or Marketing.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the pneumatics or tyre industry.
• Strong analytical mindset and a customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques.
• Ability to collect and analyse market data.
• Good understanding of tyre technical characteristics or a strong willingness to learn.
