Territory Sales Manager - South Region

About the role

The Territory Sales Manager for the Linetec brand will expand market share and achieve revenue goals by selling specialized architectural metal products to construction professionals across the Southern United States. This role combines strategic planning, direct account management, and close collaboration with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new customers each year.
• Maintain and grow sales dollars from existing customers.
• Determine market strategies and goals with the National Sales Manager.
• Participate in sales forecasting and planning.
• Evaluate product and service marketability based on technical and manufacturing needs.
• Follow up on leads, make cold calls, and stay current on industry trends.
• Establish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales.
• Collaborate with Operations, QA, and Engineering to ensure clear communication with customers.
• Develop and deliver professional sales and educational presentations.
• Contribute to product development, modification, or discontinuation decisions.
• Manage assigned sales budgets effectively.
• Apply Lean principles to personal performance and drive Lean initiatives.
• Maintain and utilize the CRM database to grow sales.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of sales experience, preferably selling aluminum extrusions.
• Project management experience is required.
• Strong customer orientation with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple projects and solve complex sales and marketing issues.
• Attention to detail and problem‑analysis capabilities.
