Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations for both finished goods and raw materials. The role ensures efficient inventory management, accurate stock control, timely receipt and dispatch, and compliance with safety standards in a global trade environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receipt, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory control of finished goods and raw materials.
• Ensure timely receiving and put‑away of raw materials in designated locations.
• Monitor movement, storage and dispatch of finished goods to meet customer order requirements.
• Maintain optimal stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, Transport and Customer Service teams for seamless supply‑chain operations.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and support periodic stock counts.
• Investigate discrepancies, manage slow‑moving, obsolete, damaged or expired inventory and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Experience supervising warehouse operations and managing inventory.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Commitment to safety standards and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience using SAP for inventory transactions.
• Knowledge of FIFO and FEFO stock rotation principles.
