职位概况

负责企业数智化转型项目的整体规划与交付，提供经营分析、数据治理、AI创新等全链路咨询服务。

主要职责

制定数字化转型蓝图、业务架构及实施路径。
带领团队开展业务调研、流程诊断、数据分析与方案设计。
管理重点客户关系，向CXO层输出洞察与改进建议。
推动分析体系、数据治理体系及数字化平台建设。
结合AI、机器学习等前沿技术，探索智能业务场景。

任职要求

全日制重点大学本科及以上，相关专业优先。
5-10年数字化转型、管理或IT咨询经验。
熟悉经营分析、数据治理、智能制造等领域。
具备出色的项目管理和团队领导能力。
良好的中英文沟通表达能力。
