AI Response Evaluator for Small Business (French)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented evaluator to assess the quality of AI chatbot responses for small‑business scenarios in French. You will compare multiple AI assistants, judge their usefulness, clarity and accuracy, and provide structured feedback to help improve our AI products.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic business‑related prompts based on defined user goals.
• Interact with up to five AI chatbots per conversation, limited to five turns each.
• Assess response quality across clarity, usefulness and accuracy.
• Submit conversation transcripts and comparative evaluation results.
• Use supporting files such as spreadsheets, PDFs and images during the evaluation process.

Required profile

• Experience as a business owner or strong understanding of small‑business operations.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines.
• Comfortable interacting with AI tools.
