Aesthetician – Full‑time Spa Specialist

About the role

The aesthetician will work full‑time on‑site at our Douala spa, delivering professional facial treatments, skin‑care services and cosmetic procedures in line with our high standards of hygiene and client care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough skin analyses and recommend personalized treatment plans and home‑care products.
• Perform facials, chemical peels and other non‑invasive skincare services following spa protocols.
• Maintain detailed client records, ensure treatment rooms and equipment are sanitized, and uphold safety standards.
• Educate clients on product usage, support retail sales and promote spa services.
• Collaborate with team members, participate in ongoing training and contribute to spa events and promotions.

Required profile

• Formal training and certification in aesthetics, cosmetology or a related field.
• Practical experience with facials, peels and basic cosmetic treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions and appropriate treatment plans.
• Commitment to hygiene, safety and infection‑control standards.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
