About the role

Base360.ai is seeking an AI Video Creator to shape the brand’s visual presence across all video channels. You will turn product concepts into launch videos, ads, and social clips that capture attention and evoke emotion. This hands‑on role blends storytelling, motion design, and cutting‑edge AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Create emotional, scroll‑stopping video content for product launches, advertisements, social media, and brand films.
• Use AI generation tools (Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, etc.) to produce video, voice, image, and music assets.
• Animate and edit videos with motion design, product demos, kinetic typography, and smooth transitions.
• Own ideas from concept through final export – pitch, build, and ship the content.
• Produce assets for all formats, including vertical short‑form for TikTok/Reels, paid‑social ads, and hero videos for the website.
• Maintain a consistent premium brand feel across every piece of video.
• Iterate quickly, test performance data, and double down on successful concepts.

Required profile

• A strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality video and motion work.
• Fluency with AI creative tools and a passion for staying at the forefront of their capabilities.
• Excellent visual taste, able to distinguish premium from cheap execution.
• Self‑directed and fast‑moving – can turn a rough idea into a polished piece without hand‑holding.
• Ability to hook viewers within the first three seconds and keep them engaged.
• Bonus: experience creating short‑form social content, paid‑ad creative, or building a brand’s video presence from scratch.
