Application Support Manager (Enterprise Wallet Platform)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Application Support Manager to lead the production support of a leading enterprise wallet platform in Cameroon. The role ensures the availability, stability and continuous improvement of mission‑critical financial applications that process millions of transactions daily.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end production support for the enterprise wallet platform, guaranteeing SLA compliance and optimal performance.
• Lead incident, problem and change management processes within a 24/7 environment.
• Coordinate releases, upgrades, patches and related change activities.
• Monitor transaction performance and service quality using application performance monitoring tools.
• Drive root‑cause analysis, disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors, third‑party integrations and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in application support, production support or IT operations.
• Proven experience supporting mobile money, digital wallet or fintech platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience leading technical support teams.
