Bilingual Business Developer – Tech B2B

About the role

Dicalo Consulting Group is seeking a dynamic, results‑oriented Business Developer to join its client in the tech sector. The position is full‑time, onsite in Douala, and focuses on expanding the B2B market, acquiring new merchants and partners, and driving commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new merchants, clients and business partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Monitor client and partner needs, provide appropriate solutions and gather market feedback.
• Contribute to market expansion by spotting new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities and results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in finance, FinTech or digital payments.
• Fluent in English and French, with willingness to travel for field activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using AI tools and digital platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (advantageous).
