About the role

We are looking for a Bilingual Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns for the French market. You will translate and localise high‑performing UK campaigns, ensuring the messaging resonates with French audiences while preserving brand integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Replicate and adapt successful UK Meta campaigns for the French market.
• Manage, optimise and monitor daily ad spend to maintain strong CPA performance.
• Translate and adapt ad copy from English to French, adjusting creatives for local cultural nuances.
• Target audiences aged 35+ within a 100‑mile radius of key French cities.
• Track performance metrics, provide regular acquisition reports and optimise campaigns based on insights.
• Coordinate with the local installation team to ensure smooth lead hand‑off and maintain alignment across marketing and operations.

Required profile

• Native or professional fluency in both French and English.
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or Meta Ads management.
• Proven track record of managing and optimising paid social campaigns.
• Strong understanding of UK and French market differences.
• High attention to detail, especially regarding language and cultural nuance.
• Experience in home improvement or construction marketing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage campaigns effectively.
