Bilingual Sales Customer Service & Live‑Commerce Specialist (English & French) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual English‑French specialist to join our remote team and turn customer enquiries into successful orders. The role blends customer service, inside sales, social commerce and live‑selling, helping African shoppers source products from trusted Chinese suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp Business, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, email and the internal service platform.
• Guide customers through product selection, account registration, ordering, payment, delivery tracking and after‑sales support.
• Convert leads and assigned enquiries into completed sales while adhering to company policies.
• Plan, host and moderate TikTok and Facebook Live sessions, delivering product demos, tutorials and Q&A.
• Prepare live‑selling materials such as product selections, scripts, promotional offers and follow‑up communications.
• Follow up on leads generated from live sessions, digital campaigns and social media.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and sales tracking systems.
• Escalate logistics, payment or service issues to internal teams and report trends to management.
• Support customer retention through structured follow‑up and promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English (and French).
• Previous experience in customer service, telesales, social selling, e‑commerce or live commerce.
• Confidence presenting products during live online sessions.
• Excellent communication, sales and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.

What we offer

• USD 200–250 per month base salary.
