Bilingual UX Designer – Yaoundé (On-site)

About the role

Visionary Technologies™ Company is seeking an experienced bilingual UX Designer to join its Yaoundé Biyemassi office. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, inclusive, and visually appealing digital experiences for a variety of users.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, workshops, surveys, and usability testing.
• Map user journeys, define information architecture, and structure interaction flows.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using modern design tools.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design consistency and quality.
• Prepare design documentation, specifications, and participate in design reviews and product planning sessions.

Required profile

• Strong user‑centered mindset with proven UX design experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
