Branch Manager – Yaoundé

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Yaoundé branch, overseeing daily operations, institutional onboarding, and partnership development. You will drive subscription targets, supervise field teams and brand ambassadors, and act as the primary liaison for institutions within the branch’s jurisdiction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of the Yaoundé branch.
• Execute institutional onboarding and develop relationships with merchants and partners.
• Supervise field agents and brand ambassadors to meet subscription and onboarding goals.
• Monitor branch performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend solutions to challenges.
• Negotiate agreements with potential partners and convert prospects into active subscribers.
• Maintain accurate records of subscriptions and customer information.
• Motivate and manage the field team, ensuring high performance and accountability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or branch operations.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is an advantage.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital platforms.
• Ability to prepare basic reports and maintain accurate records.
