Business Development Manager – Business Setup (Female)

About the role

The Business Development Manager – Business Setup will provide end‑to‑end solutions for clients looking to establish or expand their businesses in the UAE. The role focuses on driving sales, managing client relationships and delivering tailored setup services.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company’s values and services.
• Gather requirements from UAE and international prospects interested in business setup.
• Respond to client inquiries, complaints and service requests promptly.
• Coordinate client follow‑ups, prepare proposals and maintain strong relationships through calls, emails and reports.
• Advise clients on jurisdiction options, free‑zone advantages and offshore company formation.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Update and manage leads accurately in Zoho CRM.
• Negotiate contracts and structure high‑impact solutions for clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in business setup or company formation in the UAE.
• Strong sales accuracy, client‑focused mindset and ability to multitask.
• Well‑groomed, presentable and able to work under pressure with a target‑driven attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
• Positive attitude, quality presentation skills and self‑management capabilities.
