Business Development Manager – Student Recruitment

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive GEDU's student recruitment efforts in Cameroon, building partnerships with agencies and educational providers. This role supports revenue targets, service quality and operational efficiency across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and create partnerships with new student recruitment agencies and training providers.
• Assist the team in achieving recruitment targets for each intake and maximise enrolments.
• Develop and sustain relationships with stakeholders, recruiting partners and customers.
• Analyse customer feedback and financial data to improve products, reduce costs and increase profits.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and present proposals to potential partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
• Ability to travel as needed and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
