About the role

This position supports the distribution of gospel teaching resources, magazines and other church materials, ensuring they are accessible to customers in a simple and affordable way. Under moderate supervision, you will interact with customers by phone or face‑to‑face, process orders and subscriptions, and develop proficiency with the required software packages.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer service questions about curriculum materials, magazines, and subscriptions.
• Enter and correct customer orders and subscriptions using various computer software packages.
• Learn and apply internal policies and procedures while handling a range of customer personalities.
• Complete training on subscription software and work toward Customer Service Rep 2 skill requirements.

Required profile

• Completed Customer Service Rep 1 training and at least four years of clerical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typing speed of 35‑45 WPM and ten‑key proficiency.
• Basic math and computer equipment familiarity.
