Clinical Sales Manager – Surgical Robotics

About the role

Edge Medical is seeking a Clinical Sales Manager to drive the adoption of its MSP2000 robotic surgical platform across Cameroon. The role combines clinical support, training, and relationship building to increase procedure volume and ensure long‑term success of installed systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site clinical support during robotic surgeries.
• Deliver comprehensive product training for surgeons, nurses, and operating‑room staff.
• Assist hospitals with system installation, first cases, and program launch.
• Support customer onboarding and transition to routine clinical practice.
• Promote disposable products and generate recurring business.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, KOLs, and hospital teams.
• Collect feedback, communicate market needs internally, and collaborate with capital sales.
• Participate in workshops, cadaver labs, conferences, and scientific meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, or a related field.
• Experience supporting robotic surgery or advanced surgical devices.
• Strong understanding of operating‑room workflow and surgeon training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
