Commercial and Marketing Manager

About the role

The Commercial and Marketing Manager will lead QTA Tech's efforts to expand its client base and deepen existing relationships in Douala. Working on‑site, you will combine sales expertise with marketing strategy to drive growth for the company’s digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities and develop commercial proposals.
• Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts and close deals with clients and partners.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional activities and monitor their performance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align service offers with client needs.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Strong commercial skills with proven sales and negotiation experience.
• Experience in marketing planning and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Project‑management competence to coordinate internal and client initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
• Proactive, organized, results‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Understanding of digital services such as web, mobile, ERP/CRM and AI‑based solutions.
