Commercial Project Manager – Onsite Required

About the role

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to lead customer projects from concept through delivery. This onsite role will serve as the primary point of contact for biopharma clients, ensuring projects meet timeline, budget, and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall program management for assigned projects using appropriate planning tools.
• Act as the primary customer liaison for schedule, budget, expectations, and inquiries.
• Support Business Development by reviewing quotes and proposals for accuracy.
• Assist with supply agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance with purchasing authorizations.
• Collaborate with customers on component applications, artwork changes, and pricing adjustments.
• Lead project‑team and technical kickoff meetings.
• Forecast and control project expenses, generate invoices, and maintain supporting documentation.
• Review and approve packaging specifications, suggest design improvements, and manage margin analysis.
• Coach and mentor Associate Project Managers and facilitate lessons‑learned sessions.
• Organize quarterly business reviews, continuous‑improvement initiatives, and customer site visits.
• Provide training and onboarding for new employees in the role as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, customer‑facing projects in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Strong budgeting and financial analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and mentor junior staff.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when project demands require.
