Content & Community Management Intern (Bilingual)

About the role

DiDreams, a brand strategy and marketing agency in Douala, is seeking a motivated bilingual intern to support its content and community management efforts. You will work directly with the brand strategist, gaining hands‑on experience across multiple social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for DiDreams and its clients.
• Manage social media pages, interact with followers, and foster community engagement.
• Write captions, develop content calendars, and assist with daily digital marketing tasks.
• Support client brand projects under direct supervision.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, or Digital Marketing.
• Based in Douala (non‑negotiable).
• Bilingual with strong written and spoken English.
• Creative, disciplined, and genuinely interested in branding and marketing.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Canva.
• Basic knowledge of CapCut or similar video editing tools.
