About the role

The Internal Controller will work on‑site in Douala to strengthen POLYPHARMA SARL’s internal control environment. You will ensure regulatory compliance, identify risks, and support efficient financial operations within the medical and scientific equipment sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, design, and improve internal control systems across the organization.
• Conduct internal audits, prepare detailed reports, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Monitor financial transactions to guarantee adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement risk‑management strategies.
• Provide ongoing compliance monitoring and support for regulatory frameworks.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of internal auditing and risk‑management principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIA or CPA are a plus.
• Excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Experience in the medical or scientific equipment industry is an asset.
