Curriculum & Learning Systems Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Next Script is building the future of learning in the AI era and seeks a founding‑team member to design scalable educational experiences for learners aged 6–21 across multiple countries. This role blends education, technology, AI, and systems thinking to create high‑impact curricula.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve educational programs, learning pathways, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Build engaging, project‑based experiences that foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem‑solving.
• Own educational quality assurance, including frameworks, reviews, and learner‑outcome tracking.
• Train and support tutors to deliver consistent, high‑quality instruction.
• Develop systems, templates, and AI‑assisted workflows that scale content creation.
• Explore emerging AI tools and innovative teaching approaches.

Required profile

• Strong grounding in learning design and curriculum development.
• Digital literacy with an understanding of coding and AI concepts.
• Excellent communicator able to explain complex ideas and train others.
• Creative, organized, detail‑oriented systems thinker who works well independently.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Education, Instructional Design, EdTech, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
