Customer Care Volunteer (Part‑time)

About the role

The AWMC Customer Care Volunteer provides back‑office support for the ministry’s donor and order processing functions. This part‑time, onsite position in Toronto works closely with the Customer Care Manager and the wider team.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain donor account data in the AWMC donor software.
• Process orders and donations received via mail, phone, web link and AWMC.
• Respond to donor inquiries, redirect requests, and resolve payment issues by phone, email or mail.
• Attend and contribute to customer‑care team meetings, sharing ideas and feedback.
• Assist the Customer Care Manager with various tasks and projects as needed.

Required profile

• Agreement with the doctrinal statements of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College.
• Preferably completed the first year at Charis Bible College.
• Outstanding attendance and work ethic.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent spelling, grammar, and basic math aptitude.
• Problem‑solving and investigative abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
